With a proven track record in the industry since 1995, Danny possesses a comprehensive understanding of all facets of air conditioning and refrigeration. This extensive knowledge allows the team to deliver complete solutions, tailored to meet any specific customer requirement.
With over 25 years of experience in the air conditioning trade, many of them years on site installing and maintaining some of the leading brands for all sectors of the high street stores and businesses. Mike is committed to providing the highest levels of guidance and offering the best solutions to meet the clients requirements.
Tom is our Service Manager and primarily oversees call outs and all service and maintenance works for our Air Con, Refrigeration, and Plumbing areas of the business.
Tom has over 20 years of experience in this field. He also has an extensive knowledge of the property and premises of one of our biggest clients and as such, is now the Key Account Manager for this client.
With over 23 years in electrical (commercial and industrial), Danny joined ATS in 2020 with Phil to build their electrical division. He grew the team from 2 engineers to over 10, utilising subcontractors for a 30+ strong workforce. Overseeing the department, leading design work, and ensuring training, Danny is passionate about mentoring young trainees and passing on his knowledge in ATS' fast-paced environment.
Working within the company since its inception, Hannah manages the financial aspects of the business alongside her husband, Phil Sainty. Her role encompasses all aspects of procurement, invoicing, and cash flow management. Drawing on her extensive background in customer service and logistics, Hannah prioritises customer satisfaction in every interaction.
As one of the Directors at Water Temp Solutions Ltd, Kellie oversees the day-to-day running of the plumbing side of the business. She does this with the help and assistance of her team, to whom she is always on hand to offer her advice and support.
Kellie largely manages sub-contractor and supplier accounts, ensuring we provide the highest standard of customer service and value for money to our clients and customers.
Joanne has been with the company since 2018, having first been employed as an administrative assistant.
Her excellent organisation and leadership skills quickly lead to her being promoted to office manager.
Joanne manages office-based staff and processes and will always go above and beyond to ensure the smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis.
